By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Summerfall, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

What you are purchasing

When you buy a product from Summerfall, you are purchasing a license to use that software on your Minecraft server. You are not purchasing the software itself — ownership of the source code and intellectual property remains with Summerfall.

License terms

Your license grants you the right to install and use the purchased product on servers you own or operate. The license is tied to your account and may include hardware identification (HWID) and IP-based verification for licensing purposes.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license with others.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• You may not use the product for any purpose that violates Mojang Studios’ or Microsoft’s Terms of Service.
• You may not remove or alter any license verification, watermark, or attribution within the product.

Updates and availability

Summerfall strives to keep products updated and compatible with supported server platforms. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every server configuration. Updates are provided at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product.

Support

Support is provided through our Discord community at dsc.gg/summerfall. Our staff will make reasonable efforts to assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Response times may vary.

Limitation of liability

Summerfall products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or loss of revenue.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your license at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to Summerfall, its staff, or its community.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
